Crafted through meticulous steps of picking, withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying, each process crucially impacts the tea's quality.
Jin Jun Mei boasts a range of antioxidants that combat free radicals, while its polyphenols and vitamins bolster immunity, aid digestion, and stimulate appetite. Its caffeine content provides a refreshing boost to the mind.
An Aroma That Lingers
Upon encountering Jin Jun Mei, one is captivated by its unique character. The tightly rolled dark golden leaves emit a floral and fruity aroma, occasionally tinged with a hint of honey. When brewed, the tea yields a bright red, clear, and translucent liquor with a smooth, mellow taste, leaving a lingering sweetness on the palate.
For aficionados of black tea, Jin Jun Mei is a must-try, the aristocrat among black teas.
The Essence of Wuyi Mountain
This Jin Jun Mei hails from the heart of Wuyi Mountain, a Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea. Bathed in Wuyi Mountain's sun and rain, plucked from high-altitude tea trees, and crafted through unique processes of withering, rolling, fermentation, and more, it brews into a mellow tea in just 15 seconds with 85℃ water. Remarkably resilient to brewing, each serving yields 8-10 cups of robust tea.
Brewing the Perfect Cup
Select suitable tea sets, such as porcelain or glass cups. Place 3-5 grams of tea leaves per 150 ml of water in the vessel. Use hot water at 90-100℃. First, lightly moisten the tea leaves with hot water, then discard it (known as "washing the tea"). Add hot water again and steep according to taste, typically 15-30 seconds.
